No License

I know that Chris does not have a valid driver's license because the child support office suspended it at the beginning of June. Today he drove the girls here to drop them off. Not only was he driving, he was also almost a half an hour late with no notice to me about it. He also drove with Payton yesterday, Saturday June 14th because Stacey took Kacey to her hockey and Chris was not there. I am assuming that he was with his son at baseball or some other sporting event if he would not be at Kacey's hockey. I am sure he knows he does not have a license and yet he risks the children's safety by driving without a license and them in the car. In addition Payton is not in an appropriate car seat.

Court - again

Well we had court today. It was about the parenting time and custody issues for Chase. The custody evaluator's report was not very kind to me. The judge agreed that it didn't paint a pretty picture of me, but it is also very inaccuarate. Lots of mis-quotes and misleading information. Chris asked for a reduction in child support today because he has a job now but only making $11.00 per hour and the child support is based on him making $40,000 per year. Of course he hasn't paid any child support since 3/31 and it was 12/31 the time before but whose counting. He also said he was going to file to get 3 months worth of child support reserved because he didn't get to see the kids because I lied about the choking incident. The judge will rule on whether I can have Chris's new address or not to be able to serve him and know where my kids are, but he did make a comment that with the distrust in this relationship, the withholding of the address is only adding to that. It will be interesting to see what happens from here. The court services psychologists are suppose to observe Chase and Chris together and make a plan for unification.

Everyone is blind

It is official, everyone in the court system is blind to the true person my ex-husband is. He is so good at his game he has gotten the "professionals" of the court system that are suppose to look of for the kids to believe him again. I am not sure how that happens as the last custody evaluator figured out that he lied all the time and I don't get how anyone can believe him knowing that, but I guess this Jolene Lukanen is just that stupid. Clearly she can't make it in the real world so she works for the government. I guess her own business "A Certain Finesse" isn't paying well enough for her to not have to work. She actually believed someone who refuses to pay child support for his four kids, refuses to work and makes his wife support him. She misquoted people including my daughter's counselor in the report. She also forgot to have an observation of my son and his father so she tried to do it at the last minute and when I did not go along with putting my 2 year old son in a room with two strangers while I took my other son to the doctor she got pissed off and called my counselor to tell her how crazy I am. My counselor didn't understand why she would do this. Jolene kept telling her I am crazy and that I am not telling her the truth but everything Jolene brought up, my counselor already knew.

Needless to say I have the report and it ignores the bad things that my ex-husband Chris Marks and his wife Stacey did, and recommends to give him rights to a child he walked away from two years ago. He never asked me for any time with my son, nor showed any interest except in court when it worked for him to deflect off his not paying child support.
